Mick, would it not be easier to run around a bit than to use that medieval strecthing machine. That has got to hurt.

I've got a medieval stretching thing-a-me-bob machine which was re-engineered here in China. Not too sure if it stretches horizontally or vertically!!.......Maybe i'm using the wrong lube......Does anyone know the correct lube to use with a medieval stretching thing-a-me-bob TZ2000??
